Heart Check America – Heart Check America Sold me a…

In June 2010 my husband and I went to the Heart Check America office in Los Angeles and signed a contract for ten years of annual body scans. They did one that day. The cost of $4,995 was financed through Chase Health Advance, and I pay on that account monthly at a high interest. My monthly payment is $209.79. However, when I phoned to make my second appointment for this June, I discovered all their phone numbers were disconnected. I also called for general information and found a different phone number, but that was disconnected too. Apparently I have been scammed. They took my money and went out of business. How can I stop paying for this? Please help!

Yes it is. Based on the user review published on Beware.org, it is strongly advised to avoid Heart Check America – Heart Check America Sold me a ten-year plan and financed it with Chase Bank then went out of business. They stole my money and I am still paying for in any dealing and transaction.
