HAP soliciting Medicare number for genetic testing

My Complaint: Received e message 8/21/19 regarding HAP Cancer Genetic Screening Test with an online questionnaire asking questions about family members who have had cancer. Also, claiming if you had cancer in your family Medicare would cover test. I spoke to a man named Arthur at 1-386-319-9407, address: 440 S Federal Hwy.,Ste. 104, Deerfield Beach, FL 33441. I gave my Medicare Number and Doctor’s info for approval. Just called my doctor’s office and they were not contacted for further info. I assume they only need your Medicare number for commit fraud under your name. I received an email this morning from regarding this current scam that I mentioned above. I phoned Medicare and gave info…waited 10 minutes and was then cut off. Rep had my cell number and didn’t return the call! I am sure I am not the only Senior who has been scammed! What next? Unknown how much future damage will occur? Thank you.

My Demand: Stop fraud of unapproved Medicare tests
