Returned Item For Larfer Size _ NO RESPONSE

My Complaint: I ordered a clothing item for my girlfriend on 4/18/14. On 3/19/14 I exchanged it for a larger size, using Harvcity’s return #, and sent it to the specified address, etc. Since then, I have NOT received the item, have not received any emails, or phone calls. They never pick up the phone at the customer service line, and I’ve called many times. I don’t even want a refund. I just want the item I ordered.

My Demand: Ship the item I should have received over amonth ago, or refund my money.
