Complaint: Purchased a Hannspree tablet from NewEgg.com. Had the tablet for less then a month, and stopped working and wouldn’t turn on. The tablet was covered by the Hannspree 1-year warranty. Called Hannspree support and then sent me the information to return the tablet under an RMA. Tablet was sent back to Hannspree on 08-21-2015. As of 10-01-2015, I still have not received back yet my repaired tablet. I have called the company 4 times now, over a 6 week period, and each time I get the same old tired response “We are waiting for a part for your tablet.) And there’s no other information that they can give
