Group Vertical Indianapolis Indiana

Complaint: I’m writing to warn other repair guys to stay away from the products of this company, Group Vertical. Not only are they extremely poor quality and often of defect, the company will refuse to refund all of your money. My experience is with thier ipad screens, iphone screens, and macbook display glass. This is even my second time givng them a chance to prove that they had in fact improved the quality of their product. (This is what the owner had told me, Ryan) I called and spoke with Sara Schut and she tried to strong arm me by threatening not to refund my money over a bad review I had wrote. She had already promised me the refund but after seeing a bad review, she said she could not refund it now. At (((REDACTED))) we try to give our customers the highest quality parts. It’s a shame I have to spend as much time as I do dealing with shady suppliers with used/defective product. Group Vertical is without a doubt, a subpar iphone, ipad, and computer part supplier. Here is a fellow repair guy on youtube complaining about the quality as well: (((REDACTED))) #1 rated Computer repair company in Indianapolis. We have 3 x the Google reviews than the number 2 guy in town. We also have a perfect rating with Google. Google “(((REDACTED)))”” and check for yourself.”
