Complaint: my son started playing Google games with free apps from; Google_Zhanghanchao and Google_Kongregate and they charged (in a 5 day period) $55.00 and a total of $125 for 2 mos. What is going on here? My credit card company called and spoke with a rep for Google play and she just gave me the run around when asking for a refund… I want my money back and more importantly, for GOOGLE to stop these unfair … practices. They should be fined and punished as I know I’m not the only person complaining. Thank you, Diana King (***) ***-****
