– Confirmed and approved cell phone contract in place – Completed all required documents and sent to Glocell / LTC rewards in time. – Glocell / TLC acknowledges receipt of all documents. – Glocell fails to respond to emails (5 emails) – Glocell fails to respond to telephone call ( over 50 calls) Is this the correct way to manage customers? Glocell Management, Please resolve this messy : “FREE CRUISE” failing in which, you will hear the other side of MSC once my complaint reaches them.
