Complaint: Absolutely terrible. In the past we’ve always had a pleasant and enjoyable experience. After today we will never be coming back. If you ask for extra tartar because their tiny portion isn’t enough for your fish be prepared to be charged $1 for if and also not be made aware of such a charge. Waited 15 minutes for our salads to be brought out. Then waited another 20 min after finishing our salads for our food. Beware of the chicken Marsala. What use to be 3-4 chicken breasts is now just 1 but the price is still the same. At least it still tastes the same I guess. My daughters spaghetti was taken away from her before she even was finished with it. It was just taken and other dirty food dishes piled on top of it before we even had a chance to say she wasn’t finished with it. She still had over 1/2 of it that she didn’t eat. She cried when she realized it had been removed from the table. She’s only 4. Throughout our entire dinner drink refills were never offered nor given. My husband asked to speak to a manager. She seemed unwilling to listen to me when I voiced my concerns and acted as though we were lying. Apparently it’s our responsibility to ask for drink refills. This is a first in my experience. To sum up that experience I felt as though they weren’t willing to take any responsibility for their poor service. If substantially smaller portions at regular prices, slow/poor table service, rude management is your thing then by all means check them out. No complaints about the quality of the food. It’s just everything else that’s the problem.
