Complaint: I used to operate my own computer/electronics repair business. One day I receieved a call from Geeks on Repair looking for local assistance to repair one of their customers computers. They informed me that I was not to inform the client about my own computer repair business, and that I must represent Geeks on Repair during the house call. I performed the house-call and repaired the customers computer as requested. When I submitted my paperwork to recieve payment they said it wasn’t scanned properly, and to try again. I did, and re-submitted payment. After several days I inquired about the status of my payment. It was in-process. Several more days went by and still no payment. Finally I gave up and wrote off the entire ordeal. But now, about 6 months later, I just received another text message and email from them. They want to send me on another job to repair another computer. They still have not paid for the first job I did for them. So not only did I waste 2 gallons of gas and an hour of my time on their first job, but now they want me to do it all over again. This business is not legitimate. They don’t really care about the condition of the clients equipment, or their satisfaction, and they don’t care if they keep their partners happy. They will step on you to get into your wallet and you will never hear from them again. Buyer, and technician, beware!
