I received a fax at work about a 4 day / 3 night cruise and bonus vacation for only $149 per person. I called the 1.877.852.3352 number and spoke with Christina. After she told me about all the wonderful things I could receive between the cruise and trip to Cancun for $308, I gave her my account information for automatic withdrawal. I talked with Christina November 30, 2010; $308 was drafted from my account December 8, 2010. After receiving nothing, I contacted Gate 12 February 28, 2011. I was told by Audrey that a packet about the travel information would be sent out Thursday and I would receive it my Monday. Of course, I received nothing. I talked with Desiree March 7, 2011; she requested that I send a copy of record that $308 was actually deducted from my account. I faxed that information to 1.800.618.2892 on February 8m 2011. I still received nothing. I talked with Desiree again April 13, 2011. She said that they would fax me a refund Friday, and that I should receive it by the followig Thursday. Again I recieved nothing. So, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Las Vegas, Nevada. They were of no help. They told me that I had lost the $308 because all of the correspondence sent to Gate 12 Travel was returned to them. So, evidently the business is bogus…..No Kidding! I just wish one of the customer service reps from Gate 12 would simply tell me, “Sucker, we got your money and you are not getting it back,” instead of giving me the run around.
