Complaint: When I got DSL from Frontier, I told them I didn’t want to pay for install and I would do installation myself. They said they will not charge for installation. But, then they charged me for installation and various other services like new modem purchase although I never got modem or additional services from them. They have horrible customer service and make you waste hours on hold. After wasting hours on phone, they removed some of the invalid charges but not all. Internet service also broke couple of times and they didn’t bring it up in timely way. Their terrible service is not worth it at any price!!
