Complaint: I ordered a unit to get internet service but soon realized I didn’t want the product. I called and cancelled order. I was assured it was cancelled, I even got an email saying my account was cancelled. Then I got an email saying product was sent. What? No refund either. I emailed numerous times but no response yet. Called and they said to reject the package and I will get refund. What? If order was cancelled I should not be responsible for this. There is no way I know of to reject a package because I won’t see delivery person. My account is not cancelled either, like it was reactivated just to show the product is on the way. Not good service at all.
