Fortune Builders Scam

Back on March 15th, 2019, Myself and my wife attended the first two hour meeting in Iowa and at the end the person speaking Toni, stated that the company had limited seating and that the first 45 people to sign up would be able to go to the next 3 day Boot camp, first flag should have been when he stated get up and run to the back to secure your spot. As I was standing there and doing a head count for the people waiting in line and there was more than the 45, I should have known. Now I did attend the 3 day boot camp in Iowa on March 30 and 31st. Right from the beginning, the speaker, Jeremy Black said that only a select few would be accepted into their Mastery Program, that they wanted people who were go getters, wanted a better life, but not everyone who filled out the application would be accepted. I sat through what a normal educated person could read on the internet and NO real firm content was given or shared, basic knowledge for anyone who has owned a business. Email marketing, mailings, building a relationship with Real estate owners and such, common knowledge. On Friday night, Jeremy Black had his crew hand out there Mastery Application to everyone in attendance, now mind you that at the 3 day boot camp by my head count there was around 200 people, so those 200 people paying $197.00 to have a spot there equals $39,400.00 dollars that was made from the first 2 hour event with promise’s. Now take that this company will do at least3 2 hour events in a month equals $118,200.00 a month generated for the so-called 3 Day Boot Camp now take that times 12 months equals $1,418,000.00 dollars a year generated by this being conservatively of course. Yes that is correct. An average educated person would think that with that kind of money the Company when having the 3 Day Boot Camp would have tables and chairs set up, pre-printed materials and such, no such luck, just chairs and only 3 sheets of printed things, one the application, simple flow chart, and of course the Investment sheet. So know lets more to this Mastery Application, what is on it is basic questions like, why are you here, what goals do you have, where would you like to be in 5 years. These questions are NOT based on qualifications but general. NOW the bottom two parts are what they REALLY care about, and use to weed, filter and zero in on are the Financial this is where they ask: Do you own any property and its value, if you have a 401K and its amount and if the person is able to use it, what type of credit card cards you have with current balance and limits on it. SO you fill out this Mastery Application, and hope that one of the people will interview you to see if you would be a match with the company. In my book that is what I would call profiling and discrimination period, because for one when I filled out the Mastery Application, I did NOT put down the correct financial information and guess what, I did not get an interview. Now through the only two days I was there I do give credit to Jeremy Black, he keep asking for people to raise their hands if they were a lawyer{ good money}, Real Estate Agents{ yet again good money}, Investors{ again good money}, please keep in mind that out of the 200 people a total of 5 persons raised their hands very time, and what I noticed on breaks one of the so called advisors would engage those individuals. So now during this 3 day Boot Camp Jeremy Black was going over basic information that anyone who does marking should know and referred to what is called a Bandit sign, now in the City where I live they are illegal to put up and post, but he quickly stated: that if a person can get one lead off a bandit sign and make $5000-$10,000 on a wholesale deal, then getting fined a few hundred dollars from a City is worth it. So know if a person violates this enough a City won’t grant any kind of permit or licenses to you if you are going to rehabilitate a home. I commented to my wife I did not agree with that kind of thinking or action. So on Friday night before the group left, Jeremy Black stated: Well I will say that the revenue that can be created from one bandit sign would be about right for the cost of the Mastery Program. SO there was the beginning price level an average person could deduce, $5000.00 to $10,000.00. Now during this whole Boot camp they keep referring to and using pressure tactics saying you know you do one deal, it pays for everything yes and no, if you don’t have the infrastructure in place, you won’t close that first deal, you have to spend around $15,000.00 dollars in paperwork, Lawyers, Real Estate Agent, the list goes on.So finally today Jeremy Black broke down what he called the Investment and the different levels. Keep go over the wonderful things that a person would get if they just Invested. I would like to know how the person in the first 2 hour meeting who they claimed was FLAT broke and about to be evicted from their home was able to pay for ALL of this, but was committed and ready to take that one step and change their life because time is everything. And how Jeremy Black even said the reason why I have only shown you pictures of my family is because that is what it is about, I could have shown you pictures of boats and cars, I didn’t. What is the easiest way to connect with a person, by family because to be honest everyone there was because they cared about their family making their life better. You ready for the break down? Here you go, their Platinum level if you but it FULL is $34,997.00 dollars, but if you buy it today it’s only $24,997.00 dollars, the computer program, mentors, coach’s, online training can be yours and guess what, you save $10,000.00 dollars. Next is the GOLD full price is $29,997.00 but buy it today for only $19,997.00 dollars, next is the Bronze full price$19,997.00 dollars, but it today for $14,997.00 dollars and then lastly is the Life Experience for full price of $14,996.00 but today only $9997.00 dollars. So can you see that they use the so called Mastery Application is actually used for targeting the few people who might have the funds to do this, the line of Being able to pay it forward and to repay back society and being able to mentor and teach and help someone become financial secure is not being true.Tried to get a refund, but no one from the company will return my calls, DO NOT fall for this, this is a SCAM.
