Complaint: This company disconnected my service after three months of not being paid. I tried to get the service back on but I refused to pay their bills which were fraud. They claimed no upfront fees but in two weeks after the service was installed, I was billed for 30dys past and 30dys advanced. They did this and I paid and by their right they disconnected the service after not receiving payment for three months. They billed for the following month and when I told them about it they said they did not know they disconnected. They sent another bill and then they sent a letter through a company they had divulged my account to to close off the account. By this time, I was upset with Flow and I paid them off in full; including the late payment fees for a service which was always less than standard and I have realized that all other companies sell a much more handsome package for less than half the price. I took them out on a TV Show and they apologized, claiming they didn’t find they payment from the other company. They sent me an email asking me to bring copies of my paid bills to them and I instead dealt with them by showing the info to the host in similar manner to them giving my account info to another company. They apologized on the day the TV Show aired and promised that they found the entire payment from the other company and they apologized for wrongfull billing and promised to stop. After four years, Flow hasn’t stopped trying to solicit payment for an account that no longer exists but it has started adding new fees for ‘late payment.’ Thanks for any assistance.
