Internet fraud via improper dissemination of sensitive information

My Complaint: I purchased a program from the company called BiosAgentPlus. After scanning 2 of my computers I was provided with BIOS upgrade info. Unfortunately it did not match my computers. When I signed into my account on the company’s web site, I noticed that I was being given scan of other people’s computers. Every time I signed on, I would get scan info from someone else’s computer. I believe this to be a serious security and confidentiality breach.

My Demand: A bond issued by the company to assure I will be compensated in case of a breach of my computer data. Also compensation for costs expended.
