Online Diploma not valid

My Complaint: Took my diploma course online, paid 300.00 to get it, tried to go to university, adviser told me it was a fraud!!!! I paid $200.00 up front, then when my Diploma came in the mail, I had to pay an additional 200.00 to” validate it”. Found that odd, but paid it anyways.
