Complaint: We went to this restaurant, Edohana Hibachi Sushi in Grapevine TX, and try to celebrate one of our coworker’s leaving from our group. One fold and I ordered lunch boxes, and others ordered the hibachi lunch. And for some reason, they messed up with my order and my coworkers are already finished half of their lunch, including the other coworker who also ordered a lunch box. The servant came, and we mentioned that she went back and checked then realized that, for some reason, the kitchen is not fixing my order. And they came to tell me wait for 5 more minutes for my order. I think I’ll just told them that to just forget it, since all my coworkers are almost finished, but I did not get a chance. Finally they rush to put my order on my desk,certainly I don’t have time to finish it since all other folks already finished and they are ready to leave. One of my coworker feel sorry about me and then mentioned this situation to the manager. The manager’s attitude is just like don’t care at all and joke this our coworker ‘if you pay for him, then he got free’. This kind of attitude is the main point making all of us really disappointed. They did not do anything to correct their mistake, and even showing this attitude making people really upset. I go taking a box and put my lunch in the box by myself and still paid off my bill. But we really need to report this up to let people know this. The restaurant with this kind of attitude really should either improve or not keep their business.
