Complaint: DURBINS OF MIDLOTHIAN;HORRIBLE UNCLEAN CLUB,UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!! DURBINS MIDLOTHIAN 14753 S Cicero Ave, Midlothian, IL 60445(708) 687-1700 This place has horrible service and the management is run in a completley unprofessional way. Our band played there and we did a good job. Our first set had a few speaker problems(common in bands) and it rained heavily that night(low turn out to be expected) After show we were paid and a future engagement was discussed. After several months we renegotiated a new performance with a manager named Chrissy Numerous texts and emails(over 18) over a four week span re- negotiating a return dates. Numerous phone calls and conference calls between Chrissy ,myself and our manager. Her concerns over the past speaker issues etc. (pettiness really) As a compensary agreement we gave her a lower (much lower) fee for the second performance on good faith. Several dates were discussed.She tentativley agreed on all accounts!!!! Then we lost out on other gigs cause we were waiting on her answerer on specific dates(we lost hundreds of dollars)., After all this time she tells us “we dont book bands anymore”” .FOUR WEEKS NEGOTIATING AND GIGS LOST !!!!!!! When i brought to Chrissys attention that my friend in another band just played there
