We have been with this company for many years at different locations in Atlanta first and then Austin. We never had any problems with Atlanta as we were full suite business. | They were to answer the phones and transfer service or take message and forward them to us in the form of a wave file and initially they did a great job. What we noticed were we were getting people calling usa and telling us that they were not getting anyone to answer the calls for our business every doing the day. | I chose to randomly by many people to call and also myself only to find out that it was the truth. I tried to get to the Manager and blatanly on many occassions and various times of the day was told she was not available, out traning, out to lunch or whatever and after lmost a year i started paying the little 199.00 slower and slower hoping to get someone to call me but it never happened and so finally i made a complaint and got someone that was just like her that bullied me and took no responsibility for her actions. | I still continued to utilize them and had the final situation when they disconnected the svc on us and had to call the 800 # and no one could tell me what was going on, I even contacted Kim and again she was of no support just that we needed to pay the bill. Prior to the service being disconnected i could not pay the bill and had asked Kim to remove all of our credit card info off the portal because she had without our permission charged a payment even though we had asked her not to do that. For more than 2 weeks Kim did nothing and when you called our number it stated it was disconnected , Kim then asked me to have a cashier check brought to the office, she took the payment for the amount she requsted but 24 hrs later no connction no nothing, and she said she did not know what to do. My sister stood at THE FRONT COUNTER IN FRONT OF HER WHILE SHE IGNORED HER STANDING THERE AND PRECEDED TO ENGAGE IN A CONVERSATION WITH A CALL ABOUT WHAT APPEARED TO BE A SIMILIAR SITUATION. SHE IGNORED HER COMPLETELY EVEN THOUGH SHE HAD ANOTHER PERSON BEHING THE COUNTER WAS THERE. | DO MY CONCLUSION, WE WERE NOT IMPORTANT , WE ARE A BLACK MINORITY COMPANY AND WE DID NOT MATTER. FINALLY AFTER 3 WEEKS OF NO RESPONSE AND US TRYING TO AGAIN DISCOVER WHAT WE NEEDED TO DO, I GET A CALL FROM HER BOSS KYLE WHO TOOK HER SIDE, AND NOW WANTED NOTHING BUT TO FIND OUT WHY I STATED IT WAS RACIALLY DONE, I GAVE HIM ANSWERS AND ALL HE COULD SAY WAS I DO NOT WANT TO TERMINATE A PERSON , AND SHE IS A NICE PERSON . | Today, I hear back from Kyle and we have a new service and now he still wants me to do business with the ofc where Kim is where we twice have had inadequate svc that was not important to Regus, our choices he stated are keep the svc but we have already paid for new svc and boy what a difference and more features in a couple of hours. | So he wants us to stay for the length of the svc agreement and thats not going to work and i hate Regus, you do not care about my little business and the things of God. I will watch God move for me in this and thats my story.
