Complaint: Had to move and decided to switch to Dish to bundle tv and internet. First indication that I got ripped of was that I was promised a bunch of channels that I don’t actually have unless I pay $50/month more for; they “farm out”” the internet part to Century Link which is notoriously bad in regards to customer service – had I known that I probably would have never switched. Phone: the Century Link tech shows up and says my inside line is not good and she can’t possibly touch that and I would have to have someone else run a line. I happened to have a handyman there later and he did it in literally less than 2 minutes. It didn’t require going under the house
