We purchased an item on 04/18/2016. When we tried to use the 15% coupon code received via email this would not work. We contacted the customer service number. The representative told he would instantly refund the 15% once the purchase was made, while he was on the phone. We did so and were promised this was credited back on the credit card. This never happened. We followed through with Diesel three times and were told an error was made during the partial refund process and this would be resolved. Finally we received an email stating a similar promotion was applied on a purchase made 6 months ago therefore, we were not eligible for this promotion. We should have been advised of this at the time of the purchase. Assuming the initial representative made a mistake, it is Diesel’s responsibility to honor his promise. We are disgusted by the way this was this was handled and would not shop at Diesel again. A dishonest company with shady business practices!

Not really. In spite of the review published here, there has been no response from Diesel.com. Lack of accountability is a major factor in determining trust.
Because unlike Beware.org, other websites get paid to remove negative reviews and replace them with fake positive ones.
Diesel.com is rated 1 out of 5 based on the reviews submitted by our users and is marked as POOR.
