The management of this company are unethical people. The contacted me and my family and friends pretending to be a debt collector after I had completed paying a garnishment. Unfortunately, the slipped up and did not call one of my friends anonymously. The phone number appeared on this person’s phone. He let me copy the number and gave me the reference id to call them back. | When I did, the message stated that I had reached a number reserved for Dialog Direct customer accounts. | I discussed the matter with my supervisor and had her call the number. Afterwards, the calls stopped.
