Bought a wheel lift at detroit wrecker sales never been more dissatisfied with a piece of junk wheel lift in my life. I paid nearly 20k to have these crooks screw up my truck. They reinforced the frame but in doing so messed up all my wiring so now i have tail lights now and then. The bed doesn’t fit correctly at all its sitting crooked and i even had my buddy who owns a body shop try to get it to fit correctly but he said it couldn’t be done not now. That’s just the beginning the first day on call with this truck a 2018 f350 i tried to pick up a tahoe and guess what nope wouldn’t do it, called mike and he explained that its not built for that but honestly said it would to almost anything before i bought it. Wrong…So i called another truck to get it etc. I then tried to tow a chevrolet 1500 reg cab long bed. I picked it up from the rear fully extended and it did just fine until i tried to turn the swing of the bumper took out my tailgate on my truck, destroyed it and called mike again and he said pull the tailgate off next time. Wth. The reach on this pos is nearly nothing so don’t be fooled by these crooks and their little gang of crooks. I tried to file charges on him for theft by deception but the local law enforcement told me its a civil matter even though i had evidence from conversations through texts with them. So now i’m left with a truck i owe upwards of 70k for that will to golf carts perfectly fine. Do yourself a favor and do the background on this company, i had a gentleman contact me through a forum who explained they filed bankruptcy on them in 2017. I’m going to compile as much evidence as humanly possible to give to my attorney to get back my money. Please be safe and god bless
