Branch too over 30 minutes – and teller was sitting there talking about personal issues while manager was in the back adressing a check issue. The teller could not help them so why not help other customers? I complained about this to them directly and via their customer service 800 line. Instead of helping me they came back and threatend me. I am deciding wheter to sue. I agree with other reports they are the wose customer servie I have ever seen – the 800 reps were nice enough but the branch manager tried to turn the tables. My guess is she is protecting her job. Sad thing is I have video proof. Even the regional director became hostial and tried to turn the tables. this is unappropreate behavior.
