Complaint: After Dell told me they would get a technician out to replace the motherboard because they are defective , they told me they couldn’t because they are back ordered. Then they wanted to send me a used computer , I would need to pay someone to figure out how to get the data off (More than a new computer ) and send it back within 10 days or I could pay more than I did to begin with. After they told me the computer I had was worthless. I also bought all the premium support and warranties which is worthless.
