paid 5000.00 for a brand new dell 42″ plasma monitor. i have dealt with dell for so long both personally and commercially that their integrity never came into doubt. after purchasing the monitor and of course after the warrranty ran out i began to have problems with the color on my monitor. this the most i have ever spent on a monitor in my life and only did it knowing that in the past dell has always been quick on service calls. after problems began i began to google this matter and found out that it is not only a common problem with no solution but i believe it is a problem with every monitor of that model. if this had been a car each and everyone would have been recalled by law. dell has gotten away with ripping off thousands of people. suggestion; dont bother trying to call them for help on this they will just try to sell you another faulty product. do yourself a favor never buy dell again!
