Complaint: Hello Dell Computers is robbing their customers when you purchase a new computer you get an account to download software, and if your computer crashes you can return to the accounts page to download it again. Today my computer crashed and I had to reinstall win 7 in my Studio XPS 7100 that I bought in 2010. Still works well and still fast enough. I went and logged into my Dell Computers accounts page to download my factory installed software and tried to download the software did not work said to contact Dell Computers so I did I told them it was out of warranty and I need my downloads. Well after 5 minutes they said to me the computer is out of warranty I said I told you that then they are telling me to get my downloads Iu2019m going to have to get premium technical support is said you are kidding me I payed for this already. Iu2019m getting an attorney and going to make their lifeu2019s miserable. Donu2019t Buy Dell Computers Iu2019ve been having problems since I bought it the company is so large that one person canu2019t hurt them but in masses we all can Stay Away From Dell Computers they are like kangaroosu2019 and RUN you around in Circles When there is a problem
