Complaint: I was looking to get an estimate for a cloud based Sharepoint 2013 server so i called Amazon and the sales rep sent me a link to this site “https://aws.amazon.com/marketplace/pp/B01C0PTYWC/ref=sp_mpg_product_title?ie=UTF8&sr=0-5″” while we were on the phone. he walked me through creating an estimate for the server we are looking to purchase for a possible internal company project next year. i did not know as it was not shown or told to me that this site was actually the site where you create the server you want to purchase

Address: and make that purchase. what happened was while i was looking over the total configuration making sure the hardware and software configuration was going to work in our projected senario i accidently hit the enter key on my keyboard and that took the estimate and turned it into a full charge. since we currently have an Amazon account with a VISA credit card on file and are paying monthly charges for another server

Website: i deleted the entire Amazon account figuring they wouldn’t have anything to charge me with if there were no account

Phone: it automatically charged that card for the full year of hosting this estimated server which was $10
