Dallas College / DCCCD

Dallas College Richland Campus Music Advisors, Derrick Logozzo & Melissa Logan refuse to follow degree plans and openly defy the administration of Dallas College. These predatory advisors are filling chairs for $$$$$$$. Students who do not have the music background and skills are being put in as music majors.

An Associate’s Degree is only 60 credit hours. A maximum of 66 credit hours will transfer. Logozzo and Logan put students into insane numbers of hours (100 – 161) of mostly music nonsense that will not transfer and that will not lead to marketable job skills. All attempted hours count toward the limits. At 150 credit hours students are charged the out of state tuition rate at their own Texas Universities. At 90 hours financial aid at Dallas College is exhausted. At 180 hours financial aid ends at a 4 year university.

These dirty advisors are ending college careers before they are barely begun. They are filling these kids with fantasies of being opera stars, big shot music producers and performers etc. These students will be broke and back to flipping burgers!

Dallas College Richland Campus Music Advisors are violating the law. They do not give students this information about in-state tuition limits in writing as required by law in Texas. Lies & subterfuge
