I ordered a cyboard from www.GetCyboard.com on July 6th for a total purchase of $854.06 as a gift for my boyfriend for his bday which was on July 26th. The board as per the website takes 7-10 business days to ship out, so after waiting for a couple extra business days and getting no shipment confirmation or tracking code I called up to see where it was. They then told me it was on backorder (which I never was notified by email or called for.. and no notice of this on the site), so I wanted to cancel and order from a different company that would get it in time. They kept bouncing me around and telling me that someone would contact me, that I should email a certain email, and that I should call back when the supervisor was there. Finally after another week or so, and calling numerous times with no answer, the lady told me that it was possible to cancel but there would be a restock fee. WHY A RESTOCK FEE when it wasnt even shipped? I further complained and she said she would talk to the supervisor and get back to me, which she did a week later… telling me the board was on its way.. which I didnt want… so she said I should deny the delivery and when it bounces back they would do a full refund. | After denying it and waiting for another week… I been calling and not getting any response at all.. and been calling from numerous numbers for over a week. I am now missing out on the full amount of $854.06.
