Corporate Travel Discounters Review

I received a fax for a 4 day 3 night Cayman I sland all inclusive vacation with airfare for 2 adults for $345.98. I called and was given the valid reason for this low cost is due to them buying unused corporate trips. Sounded legit to me. Once I was paid CTD, then I was informed I’d have to pay other fees to other companies to get my low price trip. After paying my additional fees I attempted to book my trip. | Once I submitted my dates of travel I was sent back an itenerary and a cost of $1700 per person cost. After inquiring about why the trip was going to cost me anything since I had already paid for it…supposedly, I was told by customer service of CTD that my trip was during peak travel. That was not true because I booked it right at the end of hurrican season. | I attempted to get a refund via email and letters however the address provided of 250 E Fifth St, Cincinnati OH 45202 is not a valid address. While I would like to get a refund, if I can’t then I hope me reporting this at least keeps someone else from getting ripped off by this unscrupulous company. | They also only accept checks via phone which doesn’t allow you to dispute the charge through your credit card company. The money is deducted immediately.
