Complaint: They asked me to pay $100 to start the training and if i am not satisfied after 3 training sessions, they promised to refund my $100 that i payed as per initial agreement. They cancelled 2 training sessions without letting me know and i was waiting for the trainer to begin the training. When i called them back, they gave me excuses and promised to reschedule the training. Finally they scheduled the training and the trainer was way under qualified and did not know the basics of SAP GRC software. It just took me just one training session to realize that the trainer was completely under qualified and I should request for my refund. I emailed them immediately that I am not satisfied with the training and request for the refund. They never respond back to my emails so i had to call them. When I called the sales rep, i was told that he is on vacation for 5 days. Then i called back after 5 days and i was told that is on vacation for 2 days. I asked the person who was picking up the phone to refund the amount I payed and he promised to have it refunded on 02/2/15, which did not happen. Stay away from these Associayes at all costs.
