Conejo Youth Flag Football Association Thousand Oaks California

Complaint: This Fall 2016 season, the vice president Mark Chin dismissed a coach, who happened to be a parent of two of the kids that played in this league. Mark Chin had his reasons, while totally uncalled for, to dismiss a coach, FINE. However, to also forbid a parent from spectating his own children playing football is not only unreasonable-but only hurts the KIDS. The Cyffa website states that these games are for the kids-slogans that Mark Chin doesnt truly believe in. If it WERE for the KIDS, he would not be penalizing the kids by not allowing their father to watch them. Egotistical Mark Chin and his group of boys, not men, that he has running this league can do this to you AT ANY TIME they want to. Then he’ll hide behind something called a Competition Committee because he is not man enough to talk to you face to face or even email to email. Its as if he is not comfortable having his name attached to anything where people could disagree with him personally. What vice president does that? He should be ashamed at the unethical way he handles things. Let this letter serve as a warning to you that if you do not KISS HIS BUTT, you could be next. You are strongly encouraged to try out another league, where it truly is about the KIDS. Be part of something BIG by leaving Cyffa and going elsewhere. Not to mention this league plays on grass with potholes and the fields are torn up with gopher holes and injuries run rampant.
