Complaint: On 2-2-2017 Robert Morales called me informing me that they over charged $200.00 on my credit card for computer repair services then said that he would refund the $200.00 for which I have not received, he ask me to turn on my computer so I did just that and he proceeded to take control of my computer. I seen where Chase Bank and made a deposit of $1200.00 for which was a error on there part, he told me that I would have to go to Wal Mart and buy some itune cards that equal up to a thousand dollars and I did just that. Here is some information that was on my computer from where he was getting the money from Chas Bank account. Remote Control ID# xx417-Partner ID #xx303-Password (((REDACTED))). This is all the information I have. Can you help me get my refund of $900.00 back please.
