Complaint: I was contacted while using my MacBook laptop and convinced that I needed my computer fixed through fear tactics and basic bullshit. I soon realized I spent 199.99 for absolutely nothing . These people will not stop calling and harassing me , it has been a year and apparently they think I am obligated to waste more money on their fraudulent services. I have told them repeatedly to remove my phone number from their calling list and still receive up to four calls a week.
