In late march order compression items. Ordered 2XL, but received XL. Called customer service and got return authorization. Items returned next day. Item originally ordered not available in size originally ordered so I selected a different item. Authorized additional cost CC payment. | After several days called to check on the order but was told it would take 5 to 7 business days. Waited and called back. Was told the items would be shipped from manufacturer. Then about a week or so ago, I was told the item was discontinued. At that time I informed the rep that I was tired of waiting and wanted a refund but was told that was not an option. Asked to talk to a manager but the customer service reps refused to put me through to someone in authority or provide me with contact information. | After several emails they continued to answer my questions and stonewalled on providing any useful information regarding their “policy”. Last Friday, went back out to their Website and took screen shots of the item I ordered and it still shows available and in stock. | I am told a store credit or a refund less 25% stocking fee were the only options. When questioning why a restocking fee when there was no restocking, was just told these were the only options available to me. Several of the people I’ve talked to are the same people I see on other reports.
