Collections charge

My Complaint: One day I get a credit alert through credit karma for a new delinquency on my credit report. When I checked it was from Comcast stating I had a bill never paid for almost $100.That ticked me off so much because I was never late on a bill and I paid either a week or two in advance.I’ve spoken to numerous people about my problem and nobody has made an attempt to u do whatever error was made. The reps I spoke to looked through my billing history for the past two years and didn’t spot anything wrong on my account but I still have this on my credit history.I’ve spent at least 16 hours on the phone going from rep to rep and being told I was “being transferred to the collections department” which each time I asked was sent to billing. The only time it seemed someone was willing to try and help was when I mentioned “fraud” or the fact that they allowed someone to possibly open an account without the proper identification to do so.

My Demand: Remove bill from collections

Yes it is. Based on the user review published on, it is strongly advised to avoid Comcast in any dealing and transaction.
Not really. In spite of the review published here, there has been no response from Comcast. Lack of accountability is a major factor in determining trust.
Because unlike, other websites get paid to remove negative reviews and replace them with fake positive ones.
Comcast is rated 1 out of 5 based on the reviews submitted by our users and is marked as POOR.
Never trust websites which offer a shady ‘advocacy package’ to businesses. Search for relevant reviews on Ripoff Report and Pissed Consumer to see more unbiased reviews.
