Money owed them

My Complaint: I received a notice in July 2016 and also Sept. 2016 concerning a cream for the eyes (encante skin). I immediately called them in July and spoke with a Mr. Silbino who told me to disregard the notice. they wanted 98.71. in Sept. I received the same notice and called the company. they said there was no one by that name (silbino). i told them that I did not order the product but only the sample which I paid for.

My Demand: i want it. i never authorized subsequent orders.
