Complaint: The cashier advised me that I am charged More for ordering online, and picking up inside the store, as opposed to ordering inside the store. I looked around the store, on the Chipotle website, and tried general searches online, and could not verify this information. Chipotle must be the only business who engages in this online “convenience”” charge (if you could call it that) within the area. It is the only fast-food company who tries to slip an unexpected charge into the bill without notifying the customer in-writing
