Complaint: Chipotle Mexican Grill in Los Angeles only hires Latins to work who are uneducated, unprofessional, personal, discriminating, and who are ripping off customers. My experiences with Chipotle goes back to when they opened in numerous locations in the Los Angeles area. Everything is fine in the beginning, but when the Latin employees begin to recognize you they start to create problems. There is a jealousy in there eyes and begins with staring at you when you walk in. Then they don’t want to take your order, they pretend not to hear you or understand you even if you speak to them in English and Spanish! Then they refuse to make your order the way you want it. Then they make it wrong on purpose and then they OVERCHARGE you for something that’s not even stated on the menu. When worse comes to worse, they tell you that you have to leave, even when it is their employees who start everything with you. They don’t listen to the customer who gives them money every day to eat there, and don’t ask why you feel this way, and they don’t fire or do anything to the employees because they are all friends who got their jobs by knowing eachother. I am professional and treat everyone with respect and with manners. It is them, who make a problem and a bad situation. I cannot believe that there isn’t any American management in the store, and they’re allowed to treat customers any way that they please. It is not right. Lenore Los angeles, CaliforniaU.S.A.
