The information on the properties they claim to be selling is completely incorrect. Basic information such as the address, parcel number and annual tax information is completely incorrect (the address and parcel number they provide does not exist). I found this after doing my “due diligence” to locate the property and relevant information. | This was not easy because the property is located in a very small town far from me. They do not appear to me to be an established business, except in displaying an “online” presence. Any potential patron should definitely investigate and ask for more credentials. I would not send money anywhere, unless the documents and transactions were at least reviewed by a licensed professional, like a realtor or attorney.
