Not getting a refund for a room I did not use. | On 04/29/2019 I acquired a room at Champaign Place. Later on, during that same day, some very important family matters came up. Cause of this I am unable to move into the room. | I called them that same day and on 04/30/2019 letting them know that I won’t be able to live in the room. I was told that they don’t do refunds. I paid $780.00 and I haven’t spent 1 night there or moved anything in the room. | They said that it was stated in my papers but this was not mentioned when we went over the papers, but the only thing stated was the $100 deposit and the $150 NRAF payment. I know that those 2 I won’t get back but I should be able to get the rest of my money back since I haven’t moved in or slept there 1 night. | When I asked them what do I need to do they just said you have the room for 30 days no refunds. That is unfair and not right.
