Complaint: On May 14th, 2016, I purchased a 60$ gift card at the Elephant Bar Restaurant in Peoria Arizona. Shortly thereafter, the restaurant closed. I was informed in writing by the Elephant Bar’s Client Relations Manager that if I submitted the gift card number, purchase date and credit card number, upon purchase verification, I would receive a refund on my credit card account within a week. I did so, and within a few days, I received this written reply: “A request for a refund on the gift card has been sent in. The refund payment will go back to the card it was purchased on. It can take up to 7 business days. As soon as I hear anything back
