Certiport, Inc. Review

I passed the PowerPoint 2016 test on my first try, barely, with a score of 720, with 700 being the threshold for passing: I operate and teach PowerPoint. What I know is that some of the controls to complete the tasks are missing. One example: “crop video” was not located under the video format tab or from right click. There were other controls missing for testing tasks. This company promotes retake vouchers that increase their profits and is manipulating the program so that testers are more likely to fail. The local testing center was New Horizons, in Las Vegas. The administrator, Mark Alvarez, was unable to answer some basic questions as to the length of the test or how to check the OS and software version.
