Complaint: They had problems getting service started. So they sent out a tech and as we set the appointment they asked if they could record our conversation. I said yes! Then they asked if I was willing to pay $100 an hour if the tech needed to come in the home. I said absolutely not. They said okay we will see if the problem is outside and if not we will cancel services. He came to the door said he would be back after checking the outside box and never came back. We plugged it in and it was working so it apparently was a outside fix. Never once did he step foot in the door. My bill came and they charged me 100+ dollars because he said he came in. I told the rep on the phone when calling to discuss this and was on hold and hung up on and transferred I wasted hour and 45 mins of my time they say there is nothing they can do. So I said find my phone conversion I clearly stated NO they put me on hold another half hour or more and finally get back on and said okay yep they found it but refuse to accept it. Tou must pay it. Yeah !! They will never have my business EVER! Again!
