Complaint: The Casa Bonita management staff is really rude and does not care about the the people that dine there. They like to treaten and say lies about people. The rice that we ate was hard, the soppapias were not very good, and the staff dose not listen to people that eat there. talking to an elderly couple when they ate the rice it chipped the womes tooth and they told ther and her family to get out and never come back they blamed the family for everything. And they ban people for no reason even when they are trying to have a nice dinner. There was one manager there who told some people to basicly get the F*** out and never return. So we advise andyone to not go there beacuse the managment does not care what so ever all they care about is money.
