I called and stated that i may need a ignition switch assy and or something else because the key doesn’t turn on the car. He quoted it may be 120. The tech arrived and thought i was locked out of vehicle. Then a lady called me who identified herself as the mgr, started yelling rude and demanding i pay $25 or my car will get towed and then she hung up on me without giving me the time to explain. Then another man called saying that i have to pay the tech, yelled at me and then hung up on me. I can’t believe they have a business running when they are so unprofessional and rip Off customers.
