Complaint: My family and I went to Captain D’s for dinner on Saturday January 17, 2009. We arrived at 6:55 gave the front cashier our order. The order was sent back at 7:00 pm. 30 minutes later our buzzer started to vibrate letting us know that our dinner was ready. I went up to get our dinner and I did not even receive apology for our wait or anything. When I went up there the manager on duty was talking about how she wanted to take a nice long bubble bath and then cover herself in the now lotion that her boyfriend bought her. The whole time we were there. This manager did not do a thing, she had a friend come in and she proceeded to take her friend to the back (the kitchen) and talk to her. The whole time that she was talking to her friend they were extremely busy. Afterwords, she had the nerve to come out and say what is taking you guys so long to make this food. There was only one person working in the kitchen, making all the food for drive-thru and the lobby. When I went up to inform her that it took 30 minutes to get our food she stated that is not my problem, and maybe you should not have ordered that much food. When I asked her for a number that I can call to let her company know how we have been treated she stated that Captain D’s does not give out numbers to people so they can get free food.
