I received the same email and a fedex check from Byron Vu and actually got the check and instructions in my hand for $1,910. The check says it is from Integrity Title at 220 2nd Avenue East, Alexandria, MN and the bank is Bremer Bank, 720 Broadway, Alexandria, MN
