Building Management Chicago Review

William Knight of BMCI is a liar and a thief. He was paid for a job and did not complete even 25% of it. He stole draws and lied about buying materials and doing work. Even the work that he did do was so shoddy and half done that everything but the kitchen floor had to be redone. And it had to be finished. He is a con artist who plays on the compassion and trust of his victims by using his wife and “sick” child as excuses for his incompetence. He acts as if he’s some big time operator, when in reality he is barely hanging on to his company (if at all). He is financially ruined and will use your hard earned money to support his lavish lifestyle in his townhouse overlooking the golf course in his gated community in Oak Park. All very impressive trappings, however William Knight (BMCI) doesn’t live up to the hype. His house, his website and his work ethic are just like his life, all pomp and circumstance, but no substance. Don’t believe any of it, he’s broke and an embarrassment to his field. I wouldn’t trust him to remodel a dog house. He is the worst kind of criminal because he sets himself up as your friend and partner on a project all he while he is stealing your money for his own personal use. With no intention of ever finishing the job you hired him for. While I may feel sorry for someone of such low character, I say to you fellow consumer, stay as far away from BMCI as you can. They would steal your very dreams if it were possible…
